Guide camp

I took Katy back down to Glengarry this evening for her Guide camp (they don't have Brownies here - girls are Guides from 7 to 18) - it's so close by and such a beautiful site, she is going to have a great time! They are sleeping in an accommodation block (not actually camping in tents, as Katy had hoped!) and were planning a camp fire tonight. As I left Katy and stepped back into the grounds (34 hectares of bushland) I realised there were wild kangaroos hopping all around me - it's times like these when it truly dawns on me that we really are living in a foreign country, and an amazing one at that!
