Fat lips, Guide Camps and Hunter pics...

Tom had a fall at nursery on Friday so they called us to pick him up - he flew over the handlebars of some sort of vehicle he was pushing and landed on his face - apparently there was blood everywhere as his nose and top lip had burst! By the time we got there he was all cleaned up, but with a very fat lip - he reminded me of Plug from the Bash Street Kids! He was rather miserable as he couldn't eat properly, and was speaking very oddly, but by Sunday he was pretty much back to normal.

Katy returned from Guide Camp on Sunday morning having had a fantastic time, they prepared their own food, played games and did an assault course, as well as enjoying campfires and midnight feasts. She came home exhausted and promptly fell asleep, only to have to be awoken early afternoon as we were all off to a barbecue with friends. It's so hard to believe it's winter, barbecue season never really ends and the sun is still shining. Blossom is now on some of the trees, so Spring must be on it's way...

Olivia's Mum has sent me a few pictures of Katy and Olivia (and Olivia's friend another Olivia!) from their time in the Hunter Valley a couple of weeks ago so I thought I'd put a couple on here, as I have no photos of the guide camp OR Tom with his bashed-up face (probably a good thing)...
