I had a lovely birthday - being a Sunday I was able to enjoy breakfast in bed as well as a delicious barbecued brunch, then a gentle afternoon stroll around the Botanic Gardens and Opera House. There was still a lot of wind about after the storms earlier in the week, so we had to wrap up quite warm despite the sunshine.
