Ah, the long Easter weekend is almost over. The weather has held out, despite rainy predictions, and we have enjoyed a chocolatey and most enjoyable few days without work or school.
After all the fun spent at Luna Park and the Easter Show on Friday, Saturday afternoon was spent at a barbecue with some of Ally's work colleagues and their families (minus Katy who was still at Olivia's).
Then on Easter Sunday (still in their PJs, as you can see) the children were pleased that the Easter bunny had managed to find them here in Australia, while the adults were pleasantly surprised that they managed to get to the eggs he had left hidden in the garden before any of the local wildlife did! 
On top of the huge amounts of chocolate consumed even before breakfast, Katy and William had parties to go to, so the day passed in a blur of junk food and eventual nausea on William's part.

Today was a calmer, healthier affair - a lovely roast turkey (planned for yesterday but left until today due to the over-consumption) eaten out on the deck ... less than a week now and Granna and Grandad will be here with us - can't wait!!!
